Next, plain Tylenlol or nutritional supplements can help. Next are anti-inflammatory medicines including Aspirin, Ibuprofen, and Naproxen either over the counter or by perscription. Remember to tell your doctor if you are taking any of these. There are newer Cox II inhibitors including Vioxx and Celebrax which are very effective with fewer side effects or drug interactions.
